Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].

Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 4-10 days. (Please note that PostNord's alternate-day delivery schedule is beyond our control.) Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If you require express delivery, send us an email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping
The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Jewelry is delivered in padded envelopes or equivalent packaging. Any transport damages must be reported immediately to PostNord.

Note! Special regulations apply to Norway, which you can read more about here. In general, Norwegian Post adds an administrative fee, customs duties, and VAT to packages, which may result in an extra cost for you as the recipient.

Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors, or incorrect pricing based on incorrect information.

Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from the website, you as a customer have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive the item.

How to use your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. This must be done by email to [email protected].

  • Your email should include your name, address, email address, order number, and the items you wish to return.

  • The items must be returned promptly and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.

  • You are responsible for return shipping, as well as the condition of the products during return. Items should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

  • If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the item's original condition.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Services that have been completed, where you explicitly agreed that the service would start without a right of withdrawal.

We inspect all products before they are shipped. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will rectify the issue at no cost to you in accordance with consumer protection laws.
