I indicate the ring size in both circumference and diameter.
Not sure about your size? Take a strip of paper, wrap it around the finger you want the ring on, measure the length of the paper, and you have your size in circumference. Remember that the strip of paper should be able to be pulled over your knuckle!
You can also take a ring you already have that fits and measure its diameter, i.e. the measurement across the widest part of the ring, that's where you have your size in diameter.
